Shipping Rates

Orders under $100.00
Flat rate of $10.00 for standard Ground shipping within the 48 Contiguous States.
Certain items do not qualify for this program and will be charged the UPS (or FedEx) published rate.
For all other areas, UPS (or FedEx) published rates apply.

Orders over $100.00
Will be charged 10% of the Net order value for standard Ground shipping within the 48 Contiguous States.
Certain items do not qualify for this program and will be charged the UPS (or FedEx) published rate.
For all other areas, UPS (or FedEx) published rates apply.

Orders outside of US
Shipping, brokerage fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, via ground service. For an additional fee, you may upgrade to an air service.

UPON RECEIPT, PLEASE INSPECT THE SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY.

Shipping Damage/Loss
Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

For UPS and Fed Ex shipments (and all other small package deliveries)
  • Contact customer service within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Retain the merchandise AND packing material for inspection by the carrier.
For Common Carrier (truck) shipments
  • Contact customer service within 5 business days of receipt. For common carrier claims, the carrier may require the recipient of the merchandise to file claims and receive reimbursement.
  • Retain the merchandise AND packing material for inspection by the carrier.
Shortage or Suspected Defect
Contact customer service immediately for assistance.

Please note: Customer will not be reimbursed for any loss incurred (such as labor and shipping) due to shortage or defect. Furthermore, Vendor has no control over end products fabricated with the materials sold or installation procedures used. No warranty is expressed or implied. All material must be inspected for quality before installation.

NOTE: Failure to follow these procedures may result in forfeiture of monies due to you.

Returned Goods

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL – RETURNS WILL BE AT VENDOR’S DISCRETION.

Do not return any merchandise for any reason without first contacting our Customer Service Department. All unauthorized returns will be refused at our dock. Stock items ordered in error may be returned (freight prepaid) for credit within 30 days less a 20% restocking charge, however, material cut by Outwater for shipping purposes is subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returns over 30 days from invoice date will not be accepted. Please have your shipping order number and date of delivery on hand when calling.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS, PRODUCTS CUT TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS OR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL STATE.
